Current Apple and Google Play listings identify DApps Platform-named entities as the developer of the Trust Wallet application. Google Play identifies DApps Platform, Inc.; Apple identifies DApps Platform Software Services Ltd.
U.S. trademark record
A U.S. trademark record identifies DApps Platform Inc. as the registrant of TRUST WALLET. A trademark record alone does not establish that every DApps Platform-named company is the same legal entity.
Operating history and business continuity
The formation and expansion of the current DApps Platform USA organization should be distinguished from the broader operating history associated with the DApps Platform ecosystem.
The U.S. team, governance framework, compliance functions, technology organization, and commercial infrastructure are being developed for the company’s next stage of growth. That organizational buildout does not mean that the underlying digital asset experience began at the same time.
Trust Wallet has historically provided self-custody infrastructure through which users interact directly with public blockchain networks. Public blockchain activity associated with such infrastructure can create independently verifiable transaction records, including timestamps, transaction hashes, digital assets, network activity, and wallet-to-wallet transfers.
Where historical operating records can be appropriately attributed and verified, DApps Platform intends to distinguish those records from the development-stage activities of the current U.S. organization. This distinction is important: the U.S. operating organization is being built for scale, while the broader digital asset operating context predates that buildout.
How DApps Platform USA is authorized
DApps Platform USA is the Company-authorized U.S. market-facing business brand, trade name, and operating designation of DApps Platform Inc. for United States market activities. It is not a separate legal entity unless separately incorporated or expressly designated in a written Company instrument.
The signed Corporate Authorization also permits DApps Platform USA, for legitimate Company-authorized U.S. market activities, to reference and use Trust Wallet trademarks, product names, logos, service names, and approved brand assets subject to applicable brand guidelines and any trademark ownership, licensing, or usage requirements. The authorization does not transfer ownership of Trust Wallet or other intellectual property to DApps Platform USA.
