Any future regulated activity would be subject to applicable legal, regulatory, licensing, compliance, and operational requirements.

U.S. Governance & Authorized Operations

DApps Platform USA is the U.S. market-facing business brand and operating designation of DApps Platform Inc. for Company-authorized U.S. activities. Governance, risk, compliance, escalation, and oversight processes for those activities operate under DApps Platform Inc. authority. Where a DApps Platform USA Board is referenced in executive or governance materials, it is an internal U.S. oversight arrangement and does not constitute the board of a separate DApps Platform USA legal entity.
