What We Are Building Now
The current phase is focused on establishing the U.S. operating foundation: corporate and compliance processes, technology architecture, security controls, hiring, vendor relationships, and a disciplined product roadmap. Public-facing materials are intentionally written to distinguish planned capabilities from services that are already live.
Trust Wallet & Public Records
Trust Wallet is a major self-custody Web3 wallet brand. Current public materials describe support for more than 100 blockchains, 10M+ digital assets, and 600M+ NFTs. Current app-store listings also market the wallet to more than 200 million users. Separately, public legal and app-store records connect the Trust Wallet brand and software to multiple DApps Platform-named entities.
That public context is relevant to the broader digital asset operating history surrounding the DApps Platform name, while the present U.S. organization is being developed as a distinct operating buildout with its own leadership, governance, compliance, technology, and commercial functions.
For clarity, this website uses the phrase “Trust Wallet ecosystem context” rather than asserting that DApps Platform USA is identical to, or the legal operator of, every entity associated with Trust Wallet. Any additional relationship with Trust Wallet-associated legal entities will be described according to supporting legal documentation.
U.S. Market Structure
DApps Platform USA is the Company-authorized U.S. market-facing business brand, trade name, and operating designation of DApps Platform Inc. for United States activities. It may be used for U.S. business development, marketing, partnerships, recruiting, customer and business communications, vendor relationships, and other Company-approved activities.
DApps Platform Inc., a Delaware corporation, remains the legal entity for applicable employment, contracting, and corporate obligations. DApps Platform USA does not constitute a separate legal entity unless it is separately incorporated or expressly designated as such in a written Company instrument.
