The Sales Vice President – USA will be responsible for developing and executing the Company's U.S. commercial strategy, expanding institutional relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and building a scalable sales organization.
This is a senior leadership position combining strategic planning, institutional relationship development, business development, sales execution, team leadership, and cross-functional coordination.
The successful candidate will work closely with senior leadership and teams across trading, operations, technology, risk, compliance, and product to ensure commercial priorities are aligned with the Company's broader business strategy and operating standards.
The role is expected to be both strategic and hands-on. The successful candidate should be comfortable establishing relationships personally, developing new opportunities, building sales processes, and creating the organizational structure required to support long-term growth.

U.S. Sales Strategy
Develop and execute the Company's U.S. sales strategy, including target markets, client segments, commercial priorities, sales channels, and growth objectives.
Institutional Sales
Develop relationships with institutional investors, professional trading firms, asset managers, family offices, financial institutions, and other qualified market participants.
Business Development
Identify, qualify, and develop new business opportunities through direct outreach, industry relationships, strategic introductions, and market development.
Strategic Partnerships
Develop strategic relationships that expand the Company's institutional network, distribution capabilities, market access, and commercial reach.
Sales Pipeline Management
Establish a structured sales pipeline, forecasting process, reporting framework, and performance metrics for commercial activities.
Client Relationship Management
Develop long-term institutional relationships and maintain a high standard of communication, responsiveness, and professional client service.
Sales Organization
Recruit, develop, mentor, and manage sales and business development professionals as the U.S. organization expands.
Commercial Processes
Establish scalable sales processes, account planning standards, reporting practices, client documentation, and performance management systems.
Executive Relationships
Represent the Company in senior-level discussions with clients, strategic partners, industry participants, and other important stakeholders.
Market Intelligence

- 10+ years of relevant experience in institutional sales, business development, financial services, capital markets, digital assets, fintech, or a related field.
- Demonstrated track record of developing and maintaining senior-level institutional relationships.
- Proven ability to generate new business and build a measurable commercial pipeline.
- Experience leading sales teams, business development teams, or commercial organizations.
- Strong understanding of financial markets and institutional client requirements.
- Strong commercial judgment and ability to identify high-value market opportunities.
