Define and lead the product vision for DApps Platform USA across digital assets, financial technology, wallets, trading, tokenization, and institutional product initiatives.
Build the product organization for U.S. growth.
DApps Platform USA is the U.S. market-facing business and operating designation of DApps Platform Inc. for Company-authorized U.S. activities.
The Vice President of Product – USA will define, develop, and execute the product strategy supporting the Company's U.S. market development. The role will translate business priorities, customer needs, institutional requirements, and market opportunities into scalable product initiatives.
This position will lead product vision across digital asset, financial technology, wallet, trading, tokenization, on-chain, and institutional product initiatives while working closely with executive leadership, technology, operations, compliance, marketing, and business development.
The role combines product strategy, roadmap ownership, product development, stakeholder management, market analysis, and organizational leadership.

Define product direction, positioning, priorities, and long-term roadmap across the Company's U.S. product portfolio.

Create clear product requirements, decision frameworks, launch processes, performance metrics, and iteration cycles.

Build product management capabilities, operating standards, cross-functional rhythms, and a scalable leadership structure.

Product Strategy
Define and maintain the product strategy and roadmap, aligned with business, commercial, technology, and market priorities.
Product Development
Lead products from concept and discovery through requirements, development, launch, adoption, optimization, and expansion.
Market & User Insight
Use customer feedback, institutional requirements, market research, competitive analysis, and product data to guide decisions.
Cross-Functional Leadership
Coordinate product priorities across engineering, technology, compliance, operations, marketing, sales, and business development.
Product Performance
Establish product KPIs, reporting, adoption measures, quality standards, and continuous-improvement mechanisms.
User Experience
Drive intuitive, trusted, and scalable product experiences for consumer, professional, and institutional users.
Risk & Regulatory Alignment
Partner with legal, risk, compliance, and security stakeholders to incorporate appropriate controls and requirements into product design.
Team & Capability Buildout
Recruit, mentor, and develop product talent while establishing product management standards, governance, and decision-making practices.
Experience that creates product confidence.
- Extensive experience in product strategy and product management, including ownership of product roadmaps and strategic planning.
- Proven track record leading products from concept, research, and development through launch, growth, and continuous iteration.
- Strong understanding of financial technology, digital assets, blockchain, trading platforms, payments, digital wallets, or financial services.
- Experience developing financial or technology products for institutional and/or consumer markets is highly preferred.
- Strong analytical capabilities and experience using market research, customer insights, product data, and performance metrics to guide product decisions.
- Proven ability to collaborate across engineering, technology, compliance, operations, marketing, sales, and business development teams.
- Significant leadership experience in product management, ideally at the Director, Head of Product, or Vice President level.
- Experience building or scaling product organizations, processes, and teams is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of digital asset markets, blockchain infrastructure, tokenization, on-chain financial services, or institutional financial technology is an advantage.
- Excellent communication, leadership, stakeholder management, judgment, and execution skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, Engineering, Economics, or a related field; an MBA or other advanced degree is preferred but not required.
